USAretail.info, through its design division AndrewLehman.com, offers two plans for non-profits and charitable organizations. Both plans waive all set-up fees. There is no charge for domain name, server set-up, programming, design, coding for search engines and application to search engines. There are maintenance charges once the site is operational. Plan #1 This is a five page, 20 image web site that normally costs $600.00. This includes design, programming, coding for search engines, application to primary search engines, server connection, domain name cost and registration, and a traffic building image link from at least one of our directory pages. Sites that require more than 5 pages or 20 images are charged at a cost of $50 for each additional page and $10 for each additional image. Maintenance for this plan is $99 a quarter and includes 4 hours of our time for revisions and additions. Maintenance hours over and above 4 hours a year is billed at $75 an hour. Plan #2 This is a one page, 4 image web site that normally costs $160.00. This includes design, programming, coding for search engines, application to primary search engines, server connection, domain name cost and registration, and a traffic building image link from at least one of our directory pages. Maintenance for this plan is $160 a year. This plan includes no maintenance hours. Maintenance hours are $75 an hour. We offer additional services at varying costs including statistics packages, marketing packages, and Ad Links from directory pages. To build the site at no cost, we request that you let us register your domain, host, and maintain your site. There is an $32 a year charge for each domain after the first two years. Payments for maintenance must be prompt. Maintenance charges begin the first of the month after we purchase your domain.
